10 Oil and gas gathering pipeline section fixed support N-40 - fixed support N-42

10.1 Generating a log of elements and a digital pipeline diagram.

Based on the passports and structural diagrams of the pipeline presented by the Customer (Appendix 4.1), a spatial model of the pipeline was built (Figure 10.1.). Figure 10.1. Spatial model of the pipeline

The element log (element-by-element digital circuit) is given in Appendix 10.1.

10.2 Performing full-scale work to survey the site: fixed support N-40 - fixed support N-42

10.2.1. An instrumental inspection was carried out on 00.00.0000 using infrasound monitoring devices: Certificate of performance of work on instrumental inspection of process pipelines at the facilities of XXX LLC using diagnostic infrasonic monitoring devices. 10.2.2. Measurements were carried out at 2 points of the pipeline: (Figure 10.2., measurement points 4 (device 19) and 5 (device 1)). Figure 10.2. Measuring points 4 and 5

10.3 Calculation of the stress-strain state (SSS) of the pipeline.

The calculation results for areas with the highest stresses are given in Appendix 10.2.

10.4 Strength calculation

Based on the calculation results, pipeline zones were identified (Figure 10.1. red lines) in which the effective stresses are significantly higher than the permissible ones.

10.5 Calculation of remaining life

On the section of the oil and gas gathering pipeline, fixed support N-40 - fixed support N-42, two elements were identified, the residual life of which is less than 10 years:

  • section of pipe No. 27195 located above the sliding movable support OSP_28 (Table 10.1.);
  • pipe section No. 27195.

Movements are increased by 20,000 times.
