4.1 Section of the oil and gas gathering pipeline “ХХХ”

Purpose of the pipeline:

• transported product – water-gas-oil emulsion;
• product composition – oil, formation water, associated petroleum gas;
• product temperature – on average 20 °C;
• technological modes: flow rate (flow rate) – from 10 to 20 m/s (Ql=13200 m3/day, Qn=9637 tn., Qg= 13881541 m3/day);
• unevenness (daily, seasonal) – daily;
• inlet/outlet pressure – 16 atm/6.4 atm.

Main characteristics:

• method of pipeline laying - above ground;
• length – 600 m;
• diameter – 820 mm;
• wall thickness – 10 mm;
• material – steel 13HFA;
• insulation – external polyurethane foam + galvanization.
