11 Oil and gas gathering pipeline section fixed support N-42 - fixed support N-44
11.1 Generating a log of elements and a digital pipeline diagram.
Based on the passports and structural diagrams of the pipeline (Appendix 4.1) submitted by the Customer, a spatial model of the pipeline was built (Figure 11.1.). Figure 11.1. Spatial model of the pipeline
The element log (element-by-element digital circuit) is given in Appendix 11.1.
11.2 Execution of full-scale work to survey the site: fixed support N-42 - fixed support N-44
11.2.1. An instrumental inspection was carried out on 00.00.0000 using infrasound monitoring devices: Certificate of performance of work on instrumental inspection of process pipelines at the facilities of XXX LLC using diagnostic infrasonic monitoring devices. 11.2.2. Measurements were carried out at 2 points of the pipeline: (Figure 11.2., measurement points 5 (device 1) and 6 (device 2)). Figure 11.2. Measurement points 5 and 6
11.3 Calculation of the stress-strain state (SSS) of the pipeline.
The calculation results for areas with the highest stresses are given in Appendix 11.2.
11.4 Strength calculation
Based on the calculation results, pipeline zones were identified (Figure 11.1. red lines) in which the effective stresses are significantly higher than the permissible ones.
11.5 Calculation of remaining life
On the section of the oil and gas gathering pipeline, fixed support N-42 - fixed support N-44, one element was identified, the residual life of which is less than 10 years:
- section with welded joint No. 297 between fixed support No. 050 and pipe No. 28061 (Table 11.1.).
