7.1 Generating a log of elements and a digital pipeline diagram.

Based on the passports and structural diagrams of the pipeline presented by the Customer (Appendix 4.1), a spatial model of the pipeline was built (Figure 7.1.). Figure 7.1. Spatial model of the pipeline

The element log (element-by-element digital circuit) is given in Appendix 7.1.

7.2 Execution of full-scale work to inspect the SOD section - fixed support N-38

7.2.1. An instrumental inspection was carried out on 00.00.0000 using infrasound monitoring devices: Certificate of performance of work on instrumental inspection of process pipelines at the facilities of XXX LLC using diagnostic infrasonic monitoring devices. 7.2.2. Measurements were carried out at 2 points of the pipeline: (Figure 7.2., measurement points 1 (device 4) and 2 (device 6)). Figure 7.2. Measurement points 1 and 2

7.3 Calculation of the stress-strain state (SSS) of the pipeline.

The calculation results for areas with the highest stresses are given in Appendix 7.2.

7.4 Strength calculation

Based on the calculation results, pipeline zones were identified (Figure 7.1. red lines) in which the effective stresses are significantly higher than the permissible ones.

7.5 Calculation of remaining life

On the section of the oil and gas gathering pipeline SOD - fixed support N-38, one element was identified, the residual life of which is less than 10 years:

  • section of pipe 2 located above the sliding movable support OSB_2 (Table 7.1.).
